My husband and I purchased our first home in August 2004. We were originally looking for a resale home and Greg found dozens of homes that met our search criteria, homes that we would have NEVER found on our own. Greg was always patient during our search, he worked around our schedules, and he didnt try to pressure us into purchasing something quickly just so that he could make a quick buck (I had previously experienced that with another realtor). He allowed us to take our time because a house is such a huge investment, you want to make sure youre getting what you really want and not settling for less. In the midst of our search, my husband and I found a new home that we fell in love with. Since it was a new home, we didnt think we needed a realtor to help us, but we were wrong! Buying a new home is very different from buying a resale home, and Greg was there for us. He told us what to look for to make sure we were getting the most for our money, he helped us to understand our contract, and he took the worry out of buying a new home. Overall, our experience with Greg was very pleasant. We will definitely be calling Greg when were ready to purchase our next home because Greg is a realtor for life!

My experience with Gregory Rayford can only be described as excellent. What I like most about Greg is that he took the time to get to know me as a person and find out exactly what I was looking for. I had a few credit issues and didnt want to look at houses outside of my price range. He first got my loan approved to see exactly how much I qualified for. From then on it was smooth sailing. He only showed me houses that fit my needs and my budget. He was my only point of contact. He communicated with the Builders and the Lenders on my behalf. It was a great experience. Even though I have settled into my new home, he is still sending me information about ways to save me money  refinancing, home equity, etc. Again, it was a wonderful experience. HomeOwner since 2003
